My husband Dave and I first met our outstanding real estate agent, Marian Bache, seven months ago. Her name appeared on a "For Sale" sign. We were unaware at this time of her achievement as the "#1 Top Producer" at Royal LePage. We would like to take this opportunity to share with you the series of events which led to the sale of our home.

Dave and I were not 100% sure of what we were looking for in a home. Through Marian's patience, friendliness and low-keyed advice, we were able, in the end, to find our "dream home".

While assisting us in our search, Marian always arrived on time for appointments. She willingly returned for subsequent visits to certain homes of interest, never rushed us and notified us immediately whenever a new listing appeared on the market. She also suggested that we broaden our horizons and look at homes in different communities in order to educate ourselves in our quest.

During this process, some problems were brought to our attention regarding a certain residence of interest. Marian brought in contractors who assessed the problems and gave us their expert opinions of the damages as well as the cost to do the repairs.

After purchasing our "dream home", it was time to list our present home. Marian did her homework and advised us well on the pricing as well as the strategies she would implement in order to sell our home. She immediately got the ball rolling and we ended up receiving multiple offers prior to the agent's open house.

The first offer was presented by a potential purchaser whom Marian was representing.Dave and I were a bit concerned over this situation. Our concerns were promptly put to rest. Marian's professionalism quickly shone through even after the presentation of an offer from another potential buyer. She advised us of our options and was more than fair to both potential purchasers. While weighing the pros and cons of each offer, Marian was very low-keyed and extremely competent.

All in all, Dave and I believe that Marian went above and beyond the duties of a real estate agent in these past several months. She is, without a doubt, professional, ethical and knowledgeable in her career.
